Why I’m Changing Everything About My Network Marketing Business

So here’s the deal, big news announcement. I am completely changing my network marketing business, and it’s an open party for everyone. I’m doing a 90 day Blitz, but here’s what changed. 

Now I can recruit all day long. I’ve recruited over 1700 people in my business. I’ve got the recruiting down, okay. But here’s what’s missing in my life and in my business, it’s truly helping others. 

And that is probably the biggest thing you can do with your life is to help others. It’s the most satisfying, it fills my heart. And I’m just now catching on. Because of network marketing, it’s a people’s business. I’ve heard this over the years, and I knew that I really knew that but just like being shy in a crowd, you know, you want to talk to people, but you just can’t bring yourself to it. 

I’m at the point where network marketing is going to become a family affair. And I want to share everything I know. I want to help people first before myself, and that is what everyone should become. If anyone wants to become a leader in network marketing, they have to become a servant leader, and really become selfless and understand all the different personality types, everyone is different. 

But you can meet them halfway and lock arms and take them to the finish line. And there’s nothing better than that. I want to talk about how network marketing is all about duplication. It’s all about getting people to not only get inspired, but have that like mindset shift that they can do it as well. 

So you have to have a system that is so easy that people are like, that’s all you do? I can do that, and that is how big teams grow, that is how you can blow up your income. The income comes from you building a team, you’re making leveraged income. It’s you’re leveraging the efforts of others to help you and your whole team skyrocket to success and create life changing income for everyone. 

I wasn’t getting that the first couple of years as a lone wolf, I learned how to recruit. And the beautiful thing with network marketing is you can earn as you learn, so there are no regrets. I have no regrets. All I gotta do is just change my business model and start really helping others. 

In fact, I have recruited over 1700 people, and then my team has recruited their own people. There’s been thousands of people in my organization over the last few years. And what’s great is some of them are rejoining. Now, they’re rejoining, and I get the email that they reactivate, because the people that they signed up under quit a long time ago. 

In a way I’m rebuilding my organization with all these people that I’ve never spoken to. I’ve never emailed because I was the lone wolf. I didn’t talk to the people that were down, level two down further, I only talked to my personally enrolled, but now I’m getting people back in that were sponsored by other people that are long gone. 

So there was a video I watched today about tap rooting. There’s two ways to tap root and what tap rooting is is basically inspiring your organization to rank advance so you really have to understand your compensation plan. You want to know what the numbers are to help someone rank advance. 

So if someone is really close to 3k, and they only need 300 bV. You could break it down and say, Look, all you have to do is get three directors, and you will rank advance this month. 

Most leaders they spend the last week of every month really tap rooting and getting their organization fired up. They’re on the phone all day trying to get the people in the organization to reorder, to recruit extra people, because it only takes two or three people recruited to blow up your organization if you have a dozen people recruiting three to four people, that’s an extra 50 people on your team every month, you know. 

So the thing is that these people that are rejoining, I get to know them again, or I get to meet them for the first time actually, and I can send them a welcome letter. I have their email now because they are not connected to the original sponsor. I’m their sponsor now. 

So I get a second chance in network marketing and sometimes network marketing is actually more lenient and forgiving than life. It’s a business. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a very serious profession. But as I said, you can earn as you learn, and I got the recruiting down, but now I am totally committed to helping others. 

Because it is a selfless profession. It’s an art form. It’s an actual art form to help people with many different personalities, many different backgrounds and ethnicities, and educational levels and etc, etc. You can’t just cookie cutter everyone into one mold. Everyone is unique. 

So you have to ask questions and you have to ask, you know, how can I help you? How can I help you in life? How can I help you with business? How much do you want to make per month? Let me help you do that. And the other type of Tap rooting is not only dealing with your pre-existing organization, but bringing in new people. 

When you bring in new people, you can ask them who do you know who wants to make extra income? Who do you know who is an entrepreneur type? Who do you know who likes fancy clothes? Who drives a nice car? They’re Workaholics. Maybe they want more time with their friends and family, then you can, you can ask for their info and start asking for referrals. 

So that is the other segment of tap rooting if you can start asking for you know, who do you know who would like extra income? And then they’re like, well, Bob, okay. And then you go, alright, can I call Bob on your behalf and this is what I’m going to say. I’m going to say Bob, we’re expanding a multi million dollar company and we’re looking for sharp individuals and Barbara recommended you. So if you don’t mind, I’d like you to view our presentation to see if this is something that you would like to recommend to others. 

Then, you know, Bob might be like, Hey, I might be interested. And then you go great, you know, here’s the link, watch the videos, and get back with me or Barbara. And that’s how easy network marketing can be. It’s all about getting down many different levels, getting everyone on the same page, and duplicating a very simple system. 

But it’s a people’s business. And, you know, to tell you the truth, when I started, I just wanted to be left alone. I wanted to do it as an internet marketer. I wanted to just make all this money, but I didn’t because I didn’t have any connections. I didn’t have any relationships. I didn’t build any friendships. They were just numbers to me and they came and they went.

So now, when someone joins, I want to right away, connect with them. I want to get to know their personality. I want to ask questions, and it’s all about them. It’s not about me, I’m not gonna vomit all over them my story, I’m gonna just say, what do you want out of this, I’m here to help you. I’m your sponsor, I am here to guide you. 

I’m not here to micromanage you and tell you what to do. I’m here to guide you. And that’s all network marketing is you’re guiding people to whatever goals they have. And I always used to make it really complicated and I used to say I had social anxiety . I have PTSD. I can’t do this. I can’t do that. And after six years of just recruiting a lot of people but feeling lonely. I realized that I need some great mentors in my life. 

Mentors are what is going to propel you in business. So if you don’t have a mentor, just watch my videos, you can check out others, you know, people online, find your unique personality, you know someone’s going to just connect with you, you’re going to really get a great sense of who they are. But you have to have a mentor, you can’t do this alone, especially in network marketing. 

So I’m doing business completely differently. There’s a couple things I’m not going to say anymore on my videos, I’m not going to say that I work only one hour a day, because I’m not going to work one hour a day anymore because one hour a day didn’t get me what I wanted out of my life. 

One hour a day was the old Erik, who was kind of bitter about life and didn’t really want to connect with people and just wanted to automate it. And you attract what you talk about. 

And I did get a lot of people in my business that do like to just automate it as much as possible. But I think we can all turbocharge it and make it go a lot further, and we can increase our incomes exponentially if we really start to help people that join our business. 

We can get to know them, we can ask what do you want out of this business? How much do you want to make per month, and then have a game plan for each person. 

So you have to really get to know your compensation plan, and how many people it takes for each rank. And remind the people that they don’t have to recruit all those people by themselves that you could get them to recruit four people and then teach those four to bring in four and then you would have 16 and then you work with those 16 people. 

My mentor Robert Hollis, he actually only recruited nine people in a company and turned that into 710,000 people just from nine people because he taprooted. He said, Who do you know wants extra income? Who do you know who’s an entrepreneur type? Can I call them for you? Alright, so tap rooting is very powerful. 

I’m going to start using it within this month. I’d like to refine it a little bit more, but I’m going to call anyone on my team who needs help. And together we will call any referrals any driven, motivated people and see if they’re open. 

That’s all you gotta do is see if they’re open. If they’re not open for an opportunity it’s not a big deal. Move on to the next person. A waitress does not cry if someone says no, I don’t want any more coffee. She just moves on to the next customer and asks us if they want coffee. 

It’s the same thing in network marketing, you’re just sorting through a lot of people. Okay? So that is the new style. That is what I’m gonna be rockin this fall, and for the rest of my life, and I really want to understand personalities. I’m going to read how to win friends and influence people again. 

I want to really start to learn the different personalities and what makes people tick. Because being selfless is really a trip and it’s exciting and it’s fulfilling, especially me I’m an ex alcoholic. A lot of addicts and alcoholics are self centered. They just think about me, me, me. They’re in fight or flight. They’re protecting their heart. So they’re very defensive. And they’re self centered because they’re in survival mode. 

You know, if they’re using drugs and alcohol, they’re wounded. Okay, they have had past traumas. They’re like, Get away from me. What do you want? You know, are you trying to hurt me? So, I’ve had to grow a lot. 

But network marketing is such a powerful educational tool as well as a business vehicle. And I’ve learned a lot about myself in the last six years, and there’s no other business I would ever do. I mean, once you work from home, and you get that residual income stream coming in every single month, I still make a full time income from home from stuff I did in 2018. And I’m going to just explode my business now with referrals and tap rooting, and really getting to know the people that joined my business.

And it’s gonna get crazier, during you know, closer to elections, you know, they’re talking about food shortages and whatnot and I feel pretty safe here. You know, I got food storage, I got passive income coming in every month, every week direct deposit.
