Your friend will respect you if you need to stay focused on money.
If you get this right, you’ll be able to quit your job and focus on building your business full-time. However, you won’t get there without a work ethic and a focus on your career goals.
Invest in yourself. You’ll need to put some money into your business and have to be at a place where you don’t need an immediate return. If you can’t be in the red for at least the first few months of your business, it’s going to be hard to handle the tough times.
Investing in courses, mentoring, and tools that you need to run your business is a necessary evil. You don’t have to max out your credit cards, but you do need to be willing to spend the money it takes to get where you’re going.
2. Sincerity Works
When you’re working on your network marketing career, experts will tell you to reach out to everyone in your phone or Rolodex. Reaching out to see if people are interested in your business isn’t easy but since those people already know and trust you, they’ll be likely to be interested.
However, avoid reaching out to people who you really don’t want to speak to. Don’t call someone asking if you can catch up if you haven’t spoken to them in a dog’s age. They’ll know something is up and want to know what the deal is.
Instead, be completely transparent. People respect sincerity and a genuine approach to building your business. Reaching out to someone you’ve known for a long time just to sell them a product is awkward, so just tell everyone why you’re reaching out.
Most people are happy to hear your pitch. If they tell you frankly that you’re not interested, ask if you can pitch to them anyway. The more comfortable that you get pitching to people you know, the better you’ll be at pitching to strangers.
3. Your Business Is Serving Others
While you might think about your own wants and needs when you’re working on your network marketing business, it’s not all about you. It’s natural to think about how every move you make can help you grow and expand, but you need to focus on your network and your customers. At the end of the day, you don’t have to be as happy with the products as the customers are.
If you want people to do business with you, you need to create content, videos, and posts that they can relate to. You need to give them information, which can be based on you, but shouldn’t be all about you.
Share some stories of how the product helped you but then share more about how the products helped others. Talk about how people felt, what they told you, or even include a few testimonials on what you like about the products.

When you’re trying to grow out your team, you need to teach your team everything that you know. Once you put together a training module or a mandatory training that helps everyone understand how you’ve succeeded, they’ll succeed too.

If you don’t have a message, that needs to be the banner, so to speak, that hangs over your system. Whenever you write a post, craft a blog, or share a video, it should fall under that banner or that mantra. The more you can do to share this message, the more you’ll build your unique brand voice.
The purpose of Facebook has become to share longer posts, share articles, and have more engaged conversations with a community. Twitter is for announcements or daily affirmations. Instagram is perfect for sharing photos and images related to your success.
